Making and playing music has always been a part of KidLogics life and he's always looking to push boundaries and move the music forward, branching out into skweee, glitch, drumstep / halfstep dnb, experimental, footwork / juke, moombahton and hip hop.
KidLogic sang in a punk band in his High school years then started DJing in late 98 playing almost every day for the next year while finishing school. Later he moved to Breckenridge CO and was booked for a residency at a weekly gig at the Liquid Lounge. After playing there for a year he moved to Northern CA and played regular shows with local crews there including Chico, Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco and many outdoor spots in between.
In 2003 KidLogic relocated to Los Angeles where he studied and gained an audio engineering degree from the Los Angeles Recording School. While there, he worked with Grapevinez, Bwomp and Supernormous to promote shows like the legendary History (vols 1 and 2) and Champion Sounds, 818 (dnb monthly), JAM! (multi-genre monthly) Omnivibe (multi-genre weekly), Fill in the Bass and Dubstep.fm Invades LA with Bwomp.
Kidlogic was also booked to play many nights around the area including shows such as Smog, Pure Filth, I Love LA, Fresh Produce, JAM!, and Samurai Soundclash. He also worked as dnb / dubstep buyer for Grooveriders Records where he introduced dubstep to the shop helping to share the sound he loves. During that time in LA he also focused on production, with releases on W.E. Recordings, Rogue Dubs, Betamorph, SPECOPS Music and 2012 Recordings.
In the summer 2010, moved to Portland, OR and since has played at Where Life Begins (largest rave in Oregon history) and Beautiful Disaster and starting a new multi genre monthly night focusing on bass music and culture called Homebass, in collaboration with SPECOPS Music.

KidLogic’s new EP out!!
“Off Road vol 1” is the first in a series of pay what you want EPs from KidLogic. A mix of tempos and flavors, Off Road opens with the footwork inspired “Beat Bouncin’” a 160 blast of syncopated rythyms before dropping into dubstep territory for two deep rollers, the Soundcloud hit “Slughouse” and the Supernormous Radio favorite “Luxx”. The EP closes out with the glitch funk of “Snuck Groove” and the slung out, slippery “So Good”. Snag this collection of bass fueled madness for whatever you want to pay, even free! Watch for Off Road vol 2 coming soon on http://kidlogic.bandcamp.com“
This mix is based on a set Kidlogic did at SYNT, a Portland OR dubstep weekly. He rearranged a few things and tightened it up a bit to make it flow better. It rolls through some heavy dubstep, with some of his own productions and a personal favorite of EshOne‘s, and into some Moombahton remixes and originals he recently did, before dropping back into dubstep tempo with a few heavy bangers to close it out. Kidlogic is really happy with this one and hope you all enjoy it!
